Q. How do I determine my size?

A. It is best to visit a local jeweler to find your size. Our rings are comfort fit, domed inside, and come in a variety of widths depending on the size and style you order. Be sure to try on rings that are comfort fit and similar in width to the style you plan on ordering. Although not as accurate as actually trying on rings, you may determine your size or secretly determine the size of another with our ring sizing tool.

Q. When will my ring arrive?

A. In stock rings and accessories arrive in 7-10 days with free USPS Priority shipping. Upgrading to Express, 2-3 days, is available. If faster service is needed, please contact us prior to ordering and we will do our best to accommodate. Allow 4-6 weeks for special order custom rings. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your package ships.

 

Q. What does your warranty cover?

A. We offer an unconditional lifetime warranty on most items (watches carry a one year limited warranty). Should your item become damaged, regardless of fault, we will repair or replace it for free. Whether you're an avid surfer, professional rock climber, wash dishes for a living or simply drop it down the garbage disposal (this has happened), we will repair or replace your item at no charge.

Q. If my ring doesn't fit correctly, may I exchange it?

A. No problem. We accept exchanges within 30 days of receiving your ring. Simply send it back to us along with our exchange form and $6 for return shipping. After 30 days, exchanges are accepted with a restocking/refurbishing fee.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns for full refunds within 30 days of receiving our product.

Q. Why am I sending my exchange/return to Oregon?

A. We spend our time back and forth between the Big Island and Bend, Oregon as well as traveling promoting the line expanding the business. There is always someone available at our Bend warehouse to process your request.

 

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes. We offer free USPS Priority shipping on all orders including those from overseas. After all, we're from Hawaii, it's pretty much all overseas from here.

 

Q. Are your rings comfort fit?

A. Yes. All of our rings are comfort fit having a slight dome on the inside. In fact, due to titanium being so lightweight compared to other ring metals, we guarantee it will be the most comfortable ring you have ever worn. If not, return it for a full refund.

 

Q. How are the rings and other items packaged?

A. Rings are presented in a black velvet ring box. A white gift box is included with the Hawaiian Islands printed on the lid. Accessories are packaged in similar boxes or a white drawstring jewelry pouch stamped with the Hawaiian Islands.

 

Q. Do you offer ring engraving?

A. All of our rings are laser engraved with the Hawaiian Islands free of charge. In addition to the islands, customers may add a personalized message of up to 32 characters long in one of four popular fonts. Find these fonts in the images on each ring page. The fee for a personalized engraving is $40. Rings returned or exchanged with a personalized engraving will incur a $20 restocking fee.

 

Q. Can I request the color of Koa wood?

A. When checking out, there is a place to make notes where you may specify any special requests. If purchasing a stock item, we will do our best to fill your request. If purchasing a custom order item, we will make the item to your specifications.
